Premium commercial blast chiller / shock freezer. The BCF60 blast chiller can rapidly chill and freeze food to preserve the taste, texture and nutritional value. By rapidly cooling, this blast chiller reduces the risk of contamination to keep your food safe and prevent waste, helping you to adhere to restaurant and catering food hygiene regulations. The BCF60 shock freezer can chill up to 60kg of food from +70°c to +3° in 90 minutes, and freeze up to 39kg from +70° to -18° in 240 minutes.
