Chilled Aid delivers commercial catering equipment throughout mainland UK.

DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, or international destinations.

DELIVERY TIMES

Dispatch: 3-5 working days
Delivery: 3-7 working days after dispatch

Express next-day delivery is available for B-grade and refurbished items at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange.

DELIVERY COSTS

Orders over £50: FREE standard delivery
Orders under £50: £5.99 standard delivery

DELIVERY METHOD

All deliveries are KERBSIDE ONLY. This means the driver will deliver to the nearest accessible point to your property (e.g., roadside, car park, or building entrance).

Please ensure you have adequate help available to move heavy equipment from the delivery point to its final location.

INSTALLATION SERVICE

We offer professional installation within 10 miles of Wellingborough for an additional charge. Installation includes positioning and basic setup of your equipment.

To arrange installation, please contact us before or after placing your order.

OLD EQUIPMENT REMOVAL

We can remove your old equipment for an additional charge. Please contact us to arrange this service.

DELIVERY NOTES

- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
- Check your equipment for damage before signing
- Report any damage immediately to the driver and contact us
