Our Testing Process

Every refurbished item goes through a rigorous two-stage testing process:

1. Before Listing — Fully tested in our unit by qualified engineers before being offered for sale.
2. Before Dispatch — Tested again 2 days before delivery to ensure it's in full working order when it reaches you.

What is B-Grade?

B-grade items are brand new products with minor cosmetic imperfections — such as small dents, scratches, or damaged packaging. They function exactly like new items but come at a reduced price.

What is Refurbished?

Refurbished items are pre-owned products that have been professionally inspected, repaired (if needed), and tested by our engineers. They offer great value and come with our 2-month warranty.
