RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Chilled Aid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. To cancel, please contact us at info@chilledaid.com or call 0800 012 1866.

RETURNS

To return an item, please contact us first to arrange collection or return delivery. Returns must be:
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Unused and in resaleable condition
- Returned within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

WARRANTY

New Equipment: 1-year parts warranty
B-Grade & Refurbished Equipment: 2-month parts warranty or back-to-base repair

All our refurbished equipment is fully tested by qualified engineers before sale and tested again 2 days prior to dispatch to ensure it arrives in full working order.
