Free Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is free and is made to the nearest safely accessible kerbside point outside your premises. Please contact us before ordering if your address has restricted vehicle access or requires special delivery arrangements.

Two-Person Delivery, Unpacking & Final Positioning
Upgrade your standard delivery for £80 + VAT (£96 including VAT). A two-person crew will unpack your new unit and move it to its agreed final position, subject to suitable access and advance confirmation.
This is a delivery and positioning service. Electrical, gas, water and drainage connections, commissioning and technical installation are not included.
Old Unit Collection & Disposal
Add collection and disposal of one old unit, including Waste Transfer Note documentation, for £60 + VAT (£72 including VAT), when booked with your new equipment delivery. Please provide the old unit's type, dimensions and collection location before ordering so we can confirm suitability and access.
The old unit must be empty, safely disconnected and ready for collection. Disconnection is not included.
Access & Special Requirements
Please tell us about stairs, basement or upper-floor access, narrow doorways, difficult turns, restricted parking, door removal or unusually large or heavy units before ordering. These requirements need an access assessment and may require a separate quotation. Additional units and standalone collections are quoted separately.
Delivery Times
Dispatch normally takes 3–5 working days, with delivery in 3–7 working days, subject to product availability and confirmation. Next-day delivery may be available for B-grade and refurbished items at an additional charge; please contact us to check.
