PRODUCTS

We sell new, B-grade, and refurbished commercial catering equipment. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur. B-grade items may have minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance.

PRICING

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT at 20%. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but orders already placed will be honoured at the quoted price.

ORDERING

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

PAYMENT

We accept payment via credit/debit card and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely.

DELIVERY

We deliver to mainland UK. Delivery times are typically 3-7 working days. Delivery is kerbside only. Please see our Delivery Policy for full details.

WARRANTY

New Equipment: 1-year parts warranty
B-Grade & Refurbished Equipment: 2-month parts warranty

All equipment is tested by qualified engineers before dispatch.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Chilled Aid Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
