What's the difference between B-grade and refurbished?

B-grade items are brand new with minor cosmetic imperfections. Refurbished items are pre-owned, professionally tested and repaired if needed.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver across the UK. Dispatch takes 3–5 working days, with delivery in 3–7 working days.

Is delivery to my door?

Delivery is kerbside only. The driver will deliver to the nearest accessible point outside your premises.

Do you offer installation?

Yes, for customers within 10 miles of Wellingborough. Contact us for pricing.

Can you remove my old equipment?

Yes, for an additional charge. Please contact us before ordering to arrange this.

What warranty do I get?

New items come with a 1-year parts warranty. B-grade and refurbished items come with a 2-month parts or back-to-base warranty.
